We collect information you provide when creating an account (name, email, phone number), making a booking (payment details via Paystack), and uploading identification documents for check-in verification.
Your information is used to process bookings, verify identity, send booking confirmations and reminders, process payments and refunds, and resolve disputes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Payment card details are processed directly by Paystack and are never stored on our servers. We only store transaction references for record-keeping and refund processing.
Government-issued ID uploaded for check-in verification is stored securely and used solely for identity verification. It is not shared with hosts or third parties.
We use Clerk for authentication, which sets session cookies. We use Vercel Analytics for anonymous page view tracking. No advertising cookies are used.
Booking records are retained for accounting and dispute resolution purposes. You may request deletion of your account and personal data by contacting support.
